This is a Community Interest Company with a few unpaid volunteers led by an experienced, qualified journalist who is working mostly on a voluntary basis too due to lack of funding. We produce news features which are in the public interest along with independent reviews.

It's free to read with no irritating ads, clickbait or copy'n'paste PR handouts.

There are three main ways you can help our independent reporting:

1. A tiny contribution (the price of a coffee / cake) to pay professional journalists to write, train community writers and edit their features. You can became a paying member here, or support us with a one-off donation
2. You can pay for a Sponsored Post written in an engaging way by a professional journalist to showcase your organisation or business
3. Your organisation or business can join our Patrons scheme, of which the Eastbourne Chamber of Commerce is a member. Please email admin@eastbournereporter.co.uk - we would love to collaborate
